A status pops up after VRL tracking, and it isn't always obvious what it's telling you. Here's the plain-English version.
Booked
Logged in the system but may not have physically moved yet. Booked an hour ago? Normal.
Dispatched / In Transit
The truck has left the booking center; your parcel is on the road. This shows the last scan point, not a live GPS dot — between distant cities it can sit a while.
Reached Destination Branch
Arrived at the branch nearest your address. For godown-to-godown bookings, carry ID + LR number to collect it.
Delivered
Signed for and handed over.
Nothing / Not Found
Usually a typo, a too-new booking, or VRL's system briefly down. Re-check, wait, retry.
A realistic tip from experience: surface transport doesn't refresh second by second. A status that hasn't changed in a day isn't automatically a problem — long-haul trucks scan at hubs, not constantly.
